In my continuous quest for a life as clean and free from additives and chemicals, I inevitably come across in Stevia. This spontaneous and perennial seedlings is always used as a sweetener in South America. Its leaves are dried and ground an exceptional sweetness and the powder thus obtained can be used like sugar to make desserts, jams and to sweeten anything with the advantage that it does not cause diabetes and do not get fat because it has no calories.

Stevia is virtually impossible to find.
I tried, I asked but it seems that no one has not!
any of you know how to obtain it?
I read on the internet the usual refrain: the multinationals have done away with. The sugar industry and sweeteners made sure it disappeared from the market ... How sad!
I am frankly tired of hearing that our lives è nelle mani dell'economia, che non siamo liberi di coltivare una piantina per dolcificare il nostro caffè ma siamo costretti a comprare lo zucchero industriale.
Si potrà fare qualcosa oppure dobbiamo per forza sottometterci a questo stato di cose?
Se qualcuno di voi per caso ha una piantina di Stevia, ho letto che si può riprodurre per talea. Fate in modo che si riproduca e poi regalate le piantine a chi sapete potrà apprezzare e dite loro di fare lo stesso... Facciamo in modo che il mondo sia invaso dalla Stevia!!!
Approposito... mi mandate una piantina???
